Alright..sorry guys it's been awhile sinced the last time we post our blog but we got interesting story to tell ya! So this past Tuesday afternoon I put Gabe for a nap and while he was asleep I was doing laundry, cleaning etc. After doing all that work..I got so tired that I decided to take a nap next to my Gabe. I had no clue that I feel asleep for like 30 mins. and didn't realized that Gabe had woken up and decided to go outside without me knowing it! Of course all our doors were locked but for some reason he figured it out how to open the door by our kitchen and went outside. So I woke up because I had a feeling that Gabe was not beside me..so I opened my eyes and he wasn't there next to me. I called..and called for him..even checked our bathrooms but no answer! So I went to straight to the kitchen thinking he maybe playing there or eating some food..but all of a sudden I saw our kitchen door wide open and so I paniced. I was screaming calling for Gabe and even ran outside to the front of the house to see if he was there but still no Gabe! I started to get very nervous, I thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown! Just to think that I am 33 weeks pregnant with my big fat belly trying to run outside just to make sure that no crazy stranger took our son away! Anyways..to make my story short..I came back again inside the house cuz I realized I wasn't even wearing any slippers and went down stairs in our basement to check if Gabe was there but he wasn't there either. Then as I went back upstairs to our kitchen I saw Gabe standing in our kitchen door and said "Hi mommy!!!" and smiled at me and hugged me ! In my head I wanted to strangle him for what he put me through for the last 20 mins. trying to find out where he was. But at that moment I just picked him up hug and kissed him knowing that he was alive and safe! I asked him Gabe..where did you go? Mommy was looking for you? He just looked at me and pointed outside and said "Out meow..meow" which means he was outside probably trying to chase Goliath and Daisy our cats! But the scary part was that I could not find him at all at that time!!! Im so glad that he was ok. I called my husband right away and told him what happened and we both agree that this weekend we will put another lock in our kitchen door a little higher so Gabe could not easily reach and open it! So that was my scary afternoon experienced with Gabe! Anyways..my husband and I really enjoyed watching the Conference at Don and Mindi Norris house over the weekend! We really are blessed to have a living prophet on this earth that teach and counsel us about how to be more Christ like!...They were so kind to invited us over on sunday afternoon session to have lunch with their family! The food was so yummy! and I cooked our famous filipino "pork adobo" and brought it at the Norris's! Im so glad that everyone like it! And we all had a great time that afternoon! As for me as my due date is getting closer which I'm glad that I'm 34 weeks now which means I still have 6 more weeks to go! Yeheyy!! But also I'm suferring from tossing and turning and trying to be comfortable in bed and a few trips to the bathroom in the middle of the nite which I hate the most! But really I'm trying to hang in there! I mean its almost there! I had an OB appointment yesterday and my OB doctor told me that the baby is healthy and that our little girl might come out in the first week of November which I won't complain cuz as of right now Im so ready to have her! My belly is freaking big and heavy I really do want her out soon cuz my back is killing me as well! They also gave me a flu shot yesterday cuz my OB told me that its recommended to all pregnant women it doesn't matter what trimister they are at. So I had no choice but to get one. So last nite I was not feeling well because of the shot and my right arm is still sore from that stinking needle! Oh..I hate needles!! Can't stand it!!!
As for my dear husband....I think Jon is the best husband there is! He is very supportive of me, so loving, patient and sweet and such a good father to our son Gabe. I really could not ask for a better husband than him! I'm so glad that he is my other half and I just love him so much for everything that he does for our family! Like I said before he's been so crazy about football season and he's happy that Alabama Crimson Tide are doing great so far! They haven't lost any game yet!!! And hope that it will stay that way! I actually enjoy watching the game with him! Were BAMA fans all the way! Well, I think I wrote too much already..I will keep ya'll posted in the next few weeks about our little girl! We are really looking forward to meeting our daughter soon! We are so excited!!! We hope that everyone are doing well and happy! Ti'll next time again!:) Take care and Be safe!
